The deadline for full papers
submission is May 15, 2007.
Only papers submitted
via e-mail will be accepted.
The full paper would be a package
of: 1) text, 2) illustration(s), 3) layout.
TEXT
The only acceptable file format is
Microsoft Word. Please use Arial 12 pt typeface for the text and
single line spacing throughout. All margins should be of 25 mm.
Initial lines and paragraphs should not be indented. Avoid
hyphenation at the end of a line. The maximum paper length is 4
pages on A4 [210 x 297 mm] paper, including illustrations. That
is to say, papers with no illustrations may have 50 text lines
per page [3.200 characters including spacesŕ
4 pages x 3.200 = 12.800 characters in total] including
English summary, which should be maximum 600 characters long.
For each illustration author should exclude 1.200
characters from the text.
ILLUSTRATIONS
Illustrations should be submitted in separate
files, according to the guidelines below. They should be
included, however, in the layout file.
Illustrations should be .tiff files in 300 dpi resolution for A5
format [148×210 mm]. The e-mail attachment size should be
maximum 4 MB in one message. Illustration numbers and caption
should be typed at the end of the article and they count to the
overall number of characters.
REFERENCES
References should be listed in alphabetical order
at the end of the paper and they should include: author's
surname and initials; initials and surnames of remaining
authors; the book title (in italics); [the name of the
publisher] and year and place of publication.
E.g.: Kowalski J., Krajobrazy polskie, Kraków 2000.
FOOTNOTES
Necessary footnotes should be denoted in the text
by consecutive superscript numbers. The footnotes should be
typed single spaced, and in Arial 10 typeface, at the of the
article.
LAYOUT FILE
The layout file should show the
position of the illustrations in the text – it may be a .doc or
.pdf file
POSTERS
Poster description should be not
longer than 1.600 characters.
Illustrations for
poster reproduction in conference proceedings should be .tiff
files in 300 dpi resolution for A4 format [210 x 297 mm]. The
e-mail attachment size should be maximum 4 MB in one message. |
